1, The company has a team of excellent professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, with the background of working and communicating with senior personnel of large foreign pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Roche, Janssen Belgium, etc., with CRO, CDMO, CMO from project evaluation to implementation and delivery experience.
2, Route design, development and optimization
• Evaluate existing routes and related steps for compliance with scaling, cost, safety, quality control requirements
• New synthetic routes can be suggested by experienced PhD chemists and laboratory exploration of new routes can be carried out
• Route exploration usually takes 2 to 3 steps/man-week, R&D center is equipped with LC-MS, GC-MS and nuclear magnetic services in the park, and the route can be quickly opened for subsequent process development
• Applying new technologies to make unacceptable steps acceptable
• Rapid processing and production capacity of hazardous chemicals to help route development and advance drug development progress
• Final process development for commercial production and supply
• Process optimization for robust processes, lower costs and higher output
• Process Safety Testing and Evaluation (RC1, DSC, TGA, ARC, TSU)
• Chemical engineering simulation capabilities support process development (e.g. filtration rate simulation, oxygen content control evaluation) and equipment risk assessment for project transfer (e.g. kettle and paddle selection, distillation parameters and azeotrope efficiency simulation and application)
